This page explains how Tongue & Groove Supply Co. handles information you provide through this website.
What you send us
Quote and sample forms collect your name, email, phone number, and project location or sample delivery address. You may also provide a company name, product and finish interests, quantities, timing, project details, and other information you enter in the form. You can attach up to three PDF, JPG, or PNG plans or images, each up to 10 MB.
How we use your information
We use this information to receive and review your request, respond by email or phone, prepare quotes, evaluate and coordinate samples, and support the related project. We may send an acknowledgment about your request. Submitting a form does not enroll you in product marketing. The separate product-updates checkbox is optional.
Where it goes
The website is hosted by Wix. A private Wix request record stores the details needed to process the request and track its delivery. Processing creates or updates a Wix Contact using your name, company if provided, email, and phone number. A copy of the request is sent to Wix Forms. Uploaded files are stored as private attachments to the Wix Contact when their upload completes. T&G staff receive request information by email so they can follow up with you.
When the integration is configured, our server attempts to sync contact information needed for follow-up to ActiveCampaign for each newly accepted quote or sample request. This integration is enabled only after configuration and validation. Operational contact sync is independent of form screening and the optional product-updates choice; an unavailable or failed sync does not erase your saved request. Once configured, the website attempts marketing-list enrollment only if you select the optional product-updates checkbox. Uploaded file bytes are not sent to ActiveCampaign. After preparing a quote, T&G staff may add relevant customer and project information to Pipedrive as part of their manual sales process.
Browser storage and analytics
The website uses browser storage to remember your display theme, temporary sample selections, and a form retry identifier.
On the public website, Google Tag Manager loads our configured Google Analytics, Google Ads, and ActiveCampaign browser tracking. We also use Meta Pixel to measure page views. These tools load automatically and may use cookies and information about your browser, the pages you visit, and your interactions with the site for usage and marketing measurement.
Our custom page-view tracking integration does not intentionally read or send quote or sample form fields, uploaded file names or contents, private request identifiers, or internal staff routing information to Google Tag Manager or Meta. Third-party tracking services may process browser, device, page, and interaction information according to their configured platform and account settings. The server-side processing of your requests is described above.
Retention and your choices
We keep request information for follow-up and business records. The website does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to Wix request records, form copies, Contacts, or attachments. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. We will review the request and any records we need to keep for business or legal reasons.
Security and technical records
Request records and uploaded attachments are configured for private access in Wix. Our form error handler records a general error message rather than submitted form fields or service responses. Wix and other service providers may maintain technical request or delivery logs under their own settings. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
